Service Description
Undecided Appointment offers a unique solution for clients who are unsure of which service they want to choose by allowing them to commit to a service instead of just having a consultation, ensuring a more productive and satisfying experience. Whether it's a facial, laser treatment, or a peel, this option allows clients to make a decision and receive a service that meets their needs.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. Failing to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. There is a 10 minute grace period after your appointment start time, anything beyond 10 minutes is considered a no-show and results in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
