Service Description
Toxin injections (commonly known as Botox®) work by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Common cosmetic treatment areas include forehead lines, frown lines, bunny lines, crow’s feet, lip flip, gummy smile, chin dimpling. Medical treatment areas include treatment of TMJ (teeth clenching/grinding) and hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). Appointments are typically made every 3-4 months to maintain results.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. Failing to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. There is a 10 minute grace period after your appointment start time, anything beyond 10 minutes is considered a no-show and results in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
